Who we are

This website is run by DAW Media (“we”, “us”), which is responsible for the personal information you share here. We provide outbound lead generation for recruitment agencies. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email danielw@daw.media.

What we collect

When you request a free sample, we collect the details you enter in the form:

• Your name and work email address
• Your agency’s website
• Your specialism, the roles you place and the regions you cover
• Any companies you ask us to leave out

If you email us or book a call, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address and any notes you add.

We measure how the website is used with a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It records things like which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from.

How we use it

• To prepare and send the sample you asked for
• To reply to your questions and follow up about the sample or a call you booked
• To run and improve this website

We use your information because you asked us to do something, such as send a sample, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a newsletter.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our business. They only process your information on our behalf:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives form submissions
• Cloudflare, which provides our cookie-free website analytics
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and receives your browser’s IP address when fonts load
• Calendly, if you choose to book a call
• Our email provider, for messages between us

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States, and we also operate from South Africa. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer for such transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep sample requests and enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly may set its own cookies on its booking pages.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email danielw@daw.media and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the Information Regulator in South Africa (inforegulator.org.za). We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
