How billing works.

New inboxes need a few weeks to warm up before they can send properly. You shouldn’t pay for that twice.

  1. When you start

    Your first payment covers setup, warm-up and your first weeks of outreach.

  2. Eight weeks later

    Your second invoice. By then your campaign has been live for several weeks.

  3. Then monthly

    One invoice a month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.

One agency per specialism, per region.

We won’t run campaigns for two agencies chasing the same clients. Once we work with you on a specialism in a region, we don’t take on a competing agency for it while you’re a client.

Pricing questions.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Domains, inboxes, warm-up and campaign setup are included in the monthly fee.

Is there a minimum term?

No long contract. After your first eight-week cycle, you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.

Do you guarantee a number of meetings?

No. We won’t promise a number before we’ve seen how your market responds. We commit to accurate targeting, outreach you’ve approved, protected sending domains and a clear weekly update on results.

What’s the introductory rate?

A reduced rate for the next few agencies we take on. Places are limited, so ask about current availability on your call.

What happens to the sending domains if I leave?

They’re registered and paid for by us, but we can transfer them to you once they’re eligible, which is 60 days after registration.
