Referrals are great. Until the quiet month.

Most specialist agencies win new clients through referrals, their network and whatever business development the founder fits in between placements.

That works while the desk is busy. Then a few roles close, the pipeline thins, and prospecting starts at exactly the moment you need it to have already worked.

In Bullhorn’s 2026 industry survey of nearly 2,300 recruitment professionals, firms named hiring freezes and budget constraints as the biggest obstacles to winning new business.

So timing matters as much as targeting. A company advertising the roles you fill has a live need. A company that isn’t hiring usually doesn’t want to hear from a recruiter.

Signal, not spray.

Most outbound fails because it goes to everyone. Ours starts with a reason to get in touch.

  1. Signal

We find companies currently advertising roles in your specialism, in the locations you cover, and identify the person who owns the hire.

  2. Relevance

Every sequence is written around your niche and the roles each company is hiring for. AI speeds up the research; we write and check every message that goes out.

  3. Conversation

We monitor replies, qualify interest against criteria you set, and book meetings straight into your calendar.

See it before you spend anything.

Tell us your specialism and the regions you cover. Within two working days, we’ll send you 25 companies hiring in your niche right now, with the decision maker and a short note on why each one fits.

It’s yours to keep, whether or not we work together.

Built to protect your agency’s name.

Outreach goes out in your agency’s name, so it has to be done carefully. Here is how we handle it.

  • We never send from your main domain

Outreach runs on separate domains set up for your agency, so your everyday email and its reputation are untouched.

  • Every address is verified first

Lists are checked before anything is sent, which keeps bounce rates low and your sending domains healthy.

  • Volume builds gradually

New inboxes are warmed up and sending increases step by step. Nothing goes out in one big blast.

  • You approve every sequence

Nothing is sent in your name until you’ve read it and signed it off.

  • Commercial questions come to you

We handle replies using rules agreed with you. Fees, terms and anything commercial go straight to you.

One agency per specialism, per region.

We only do outbound for recruitment agencies. That focus is why our messaging reads like it came from someone who understands hiring.

It also means we won’t run campaigns for two agencies chasing the same clients. If we work with you on cybersecurity in London, that niche is yours for as long as we work together.

Simple pricing. No setup fee.

Questions agency owners ask us.

Will this damage my agency’s reputation?

It’s designed not to. We send from separate domains, never your main one, verify every address, build volume gradually and only contact companies with a live reason to hear from you. You approve every sequence before it goes out.

Whose name do the emails go out under?

Your agency’s, usually from you as the founder, with your permission. You approve the wording, and we agree up front how replies are handled and what gets passed straight to you.

How soon will I see conversations?

Campaigns typically go live three to four weeks after onboarding, once the new inboxes are warmed up. Replies start as sending increases. How quickly they turn into meetings depends on your market, and you’ll see exactly what’s happening in your weekly update.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

You decide. We agree the criteria with you before launch, such as the right decision maker, company size and an active hiring need, and only book meetings that meet them. Other interested replies are passed to you in real time.

Do you guarantee a number of meetings?

No. We won’t promise a number before we’ve seen how your market responds. What we do commit to: accurate targeting, outreach you’ve approved, protected sending domains, and a clear weekly update on what was sent, who replied and what we’re changing.

What happens if I want to stop?

Give 30 days’ notice. There’s no long contract. If you’d like to keep the sending domains, we can transfer them to you once they’re eligible, which is 60 days after registration.

Do you work with agencies in South Africa?

Yes. We run campaigns for agencies targeting the UK and South African markets. Pricing for South African agencies is quoted on the call.

Will you contact my existing clients?

No. Before launch you give us a list of current clients and anyone you’re already talking to, and they’re excluded from every campaign.

Do you contact candidates as well?

No. We only contact potential clients: the companies hiring and the people who own those hires. Candidate sourcing stays with you.

How will I know it’s working?

Interested replies and booked meetings reach you as they happen. Each week you get a short update on what was sent, who replied and what we’re testing, and each month we review results together on a call.

Do I need to change my CRM or tools?

No. Meetings go straight into your calendar and replies come to your inbox, so you can keep using whatever you use today.
